A true classic! The workhouse uniforms are a mix of jackets with trousers and pinafore dresses, all in distressed grey. There’s plenty of Dickensian messy and smart day wear, coats, cloaks and hats. The principal characters are all as you’d expect, and there’s some light relief provided by a set of white ‘Who Will Buy’ dresses.
